We have successfully supported a programme of continual improvement in design, content and functionality for the www.centerparcs.co.uk site, delivering increases in sales conversions and helping to make the site one of the best visitor sites in its class.
The Center Parcs site has changed consistently since 2006 with the addition of new features and continual improvement aligned to business objectives. Foolproof has supported each of these changes with an appropriate research methodology working closely with Center Parcs’ design & build agenies. Projects have included user experience testing of site-wide changes, a new booking engine and sales pages for new customers.
Our close working relationship has enabled us to provide best practice input and guidance on any changes to the site ahead of creative development or any expensive, time-consuming build allowing the team to make new design changes with confidence.
Center Parcs has seen sales increases of over 25% on the web over the last eighteen months. In addition, customer satisfaction surveys have also indicated a consistent & improving level of user (for new and existing customers) satisfaction across the site with 90% satisfaction with booking online between February and September.
