Foolproof was appointed by Lloyds International as customer experience specialists to act as the voice of customers during the design and development of the Lloyds international site for retail customers.
The focus of the site redevelopment was on increasing online conversion for sales of core international products by improving the effectiveness of sales and servicing content and functionality.
Foolproof engaged with customers and prospects via in-depth interviews to gather requirements for the site and the product application process.
The insights were interpreted into wireframe templates, which could be used to brief the partner design agency.
We conducted expert evaluation of copy, taxonomy and design ahead of the launch of the site.
