Foolproof voted no.1 in usability industry

Revolution magazine has named Foolproof as the UK’s top ranked usability consultancy in its annual Agencies and Suppliers Survey.
This great news was announced last month and was the result of a survey that polled the opinions of over 500 client organisations. Clients were asked to rate digital agencies on seven key performance criteria – Creativity, Return on Investment, Understanding business/sector, New technology, Works well with other agencies, Data collection, Act strategically, Act technically and Account management.
Foolproof was the clear winner in the ‘Usability supplier’ sector, achieving the maximum score of 10 out of 10 for Return on investment and Working well with other agencies.
What’s more, when judged against the whole digital agency market – which includes web design and e-marketing agencies, as well as other specialists in search engine and affiliate marketing, e-mail, hosting and web analytics - Foolproof was ranked as the equal 4th best in the UK.
This is a phenomenal result for us because the ratings are given by clients who have actually worked with us rather than an arbitrary judging panel. It backs our belief that our approach delivers the most insightful and valuable service to our clients and is a fantastic endorsement of all the hard work and passion that our teams put in on behalf of our clients.
