You have may have seen Foolproof mentioned in a variety of publications and online news services recently such as Brand Strategy, New Media Age, TravelMole, eTid and Direct News.

Brand Strategy carried a report on Citigroup's recent decision to write to some customers of newly acquired credit card business Egg to inform them that they were withdrawing their cards. Founding partner of Foolproof, Tom Wood, who previously worked in the credit card business at Virgin Money was asked to give his views.

New Media Age, Travel Mole, eTid and Direct News reported the findings from Foolproof's latest Online Shopping Survey into the travel sector (see Soapbox) that showed that the vast majority of UK online adults intend to book their next holiday or short break over the web with only small numbers preferring instead to do it over the phone or in person at a high street outlet. The implications for high street outlets created quite a bit of interest at TravelMole where a lively thread-led debate broke out.
