Account Manager

I have previously worked in travel, recruitment and digital marketing always in client facing roles. Before joining Foolproof I was working for an affiliate network heading up the account management team, who were responsible for delivering successful affiliate marketing campaigns for a number of high profile clients in financial services, retail and gaming.

Working in affiliate marketing I was exposed to the work of Foolproof by a number of the financial services clients and found their work intuitive and fundamental to the success of major projects being undertaken by clients and hence why I find myself here today.

As an Account Manager I work closely with Patrick in the client services team in the Norwich office. Our team is responsible for relationships with big blue chip clients in financial services, online gaming, mobile and more.

We are currently being engaged in a number of ‘meaty’ projects which will help shape the future customer story for a number of our clients and I am really excited to be a part of an organisation which puts customer experience at the forefront of their work.

Outside of work I love socialising with family and friends and mostly enjoy an evening where wine and delicious food is involved. To counter the effects of the aforementioned food and wine I can (not too often) be found in the gym.
