I previously worked for Webcredible where I developed a natural interest in user experience (UX) and the digital industry as a whole.
I was responsible for supporting the client services team with a number of larger clients whilst managing the relationship and project opportunities with a number of smaller clients.
In my current role I support the client services team across a number of their existing client relationships where I’m involved at all stages of the relationship, from proposal writing through to supporting the consultant team in project execution.
I recently completed a Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM) Professional Certificate in Marketing. It was hard work, but incredibly valuable in helping me to look beyond UX and understand the wider marketing challenges our clients face.
When not working with my colleagues, I am usually in the pub with them! My other favourite things to do include dancing, reading and attempting to make stuff with my sewing machine (that I haven’t quite figured out how to use yet).
