Prior to joining Foolproof, I worked for a full service digital agency where I developed a strong interest in user experience and user-centred solutions. I was responsible for overseeing web production work with exposure into creating appealing, easy to use and functional web / multimedia interfaces. Insight that I have imparted back to clients to help develop long standing client relationships.
With a passion for brain gender and the cognitive mind I decided to complete a BSc in Psychology from City University. This has helped me throughout my career to provide insight into crafting user experiences by understanding the cognitive mindset of a user and being able to analyse business requirements with strong attention to detail.
Before this I had a sprint working in the famously cut-throat recruitment industry and experience running a family business, which has given me a fierce drive to succeed and the tenacity to see every project through to final completion.
In my current role, I support the client services team across a number of their existing client relationships, working with them to ensure that a good user experience is at the forefront of their products.
Outside of work I enjoy socialising with friends and colleagues. If I’m not out and about, you will generally find me glued to my TV screen (literally), which I put down to my passion for gaming.
