I began my career in the automotive industry where I completed a graduate scheme for one of Europe’s leading car manufacturers. This first step in my career proved to be an invaluable experience in understanding how a global organisation operates and witnessing first-hand how the breakdown between organisational siloes negatively impacts a customer’s experience. So, when I started working in the User Experience industry in 2008, I was a convert. I have been evangelising customer-centricity in client-facing roles ever since.

Over the past four years, I have been fortunate to work with leading brands such as TfL, easyJet, Shell and Barclays across a variety of strategy, design and research engagements. Recent highlights for me have been seeing the launch of easyJet’s Seat Selector a project which I initiated last year as well as having my name featured in the credits of the London 2012 video game.

Here at Foolproof, I work within the client services team where I oversee an account portfolio that includes an exciting and diverse group of clients such as Lloyds Banking Group, Samsung Design Europe, Santander and RS Components.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with friends making the most of the restaurants, bars and sights of London. I also love films, books and music and will happily discuss one or all three of these with whomever will listen.
