I have over eight years’ experience in user experience, accessibility, usability and web development.
I’ve worked on a number of challenging user research and evaluation projects such as user testing for home appliances, persona development for staffs, eye-tracking, quant-qualitative analysis, accessibility audits and diverse user testing to name a few.
I have strong interest in Inclusive Design and Web Accessibility. I’m also familiar using assistive technologies such as screen readers, magnifiers and voice recognition software.
I’m a certified usability analyst and hold a MSc in Human-Centred Systems from the City University of London, and a BSc in Information Technology from Sheffield Hallam University.
