I have over five years’ experience working in usability, user research and user experience design.
Immersive research with users in their natural environment is my favourite type, be it shadowing traders at Investment banks, or observing teachers in schools.
Having previously worked as a Senior User Researcher at LBi, a full service digital agency, I have worked with clients such as the Lloyds of London, NHS, National Grid, Etihad Airways and Garanti Bank. This experience also allowed me to closely collaborate with other disciplines such as business consulting, web analytics, SEO, social media and media planners.
At Foolproof I am part of the team developing and refining UX methodologies, especially around participatory design.
I love reading, travelling and trying out new activities - most recently I have dabbled with rock climbing, aikido and tango. I am also very keen on learning about the history and theory of design and the practice of leather craft.
