Nick Hatton

Operations Director

I joined Foolproof in early 2008 having spent several great years at Virgin Money in a range a roles as diverse as Head of Credit Relationships to Head of Business Transformation via Programme Management. I worked closely with our founding partners Pete Ballard and Tom Wood while there so joining up with them at Foolproof held no surprises, or so I thought!

Initially responsible for Business Delivery, following our merger with Flow Interactive I have now taken responsibility for the Operational areas that include, Resource & Planning, Respondent Recruitment, Programme Office, Office Management and IT across our London and Norwich offices.

Outside of work I have no free time as other people with young(ish) sports mad kids will testify. Weekends are spent either standing pitch side at football matches (why is it always so cold and windy at sports grounds) or helping out at swimming galas. And isn't it funny how you get sucked in to the sports your kids do, I'm now a qualified swimming referee and sit on the management committee of their swimming club.
