Jan Srutek works for Flow Interactive and has successfully completed around 20 research and design projects for a number of clients including Transport for London, Tesco Direct, HAYS, Standard Life, Vodafone, Electronic Arts, ITV, Channel4, Sega, easyJet, and Nationwide.

Jan previously worked as a freelance information architect in London, designing Web2.0 online community services and corporate websites. I also have experience as a business analyst for online marketing at SITA, a global IT company operating in the air transport industry.

Graham Gannon is a brand strategist and digital adventurer. He has worked nationally to develop brands both online and offline. Graham is also an Enterprise Fellow of the University of East Anglia. His research investigates the relationships people form with brands.
