The Design phase of Sales Process Optimisation projects has two parts:
Stakeholder workshop

The purpose of this session is to agree and prioritise changes to the existing process. We present our findings, giving you the chance to cross-examine our data, insights and conclusions. We will also discuss practicalities, considering the cost, timing and feasibility of any technical changes to the interface.
Solution design
We document the proposed changes or test variables and draw up a timetable for implementation. This results in detailed IA and wireframes which will guide the build and deployment of the new process. If necessary we can build a clickable prototype of the proposed experience.
