During the Optimise phase we create and share a dashboard which monitors relevant metrics and KPIs.
Immediately after the solution is deployed into live we carefully assess the stability of the new process and look for any negative impacts.
When it is clear that the solution is stable we embark on our agreed programme of optimisation. This will normally be through multivariate testing although sometimes simple A/B tests are sufficient.

Once the programme of test & learn is complete we will present a full debrief of our activities and findings including Return-on-Investment analysis. This will allow you to decide which changes to make permanent, which to abandon, and what the focus of future testing activity should be.
