International research

Global brands need global insights.

International Research

We can help you understand what influences customer behaviour at a local and global level. To date we have completed international research in more than 20 markets including US, Canada, Mexico, Brazil, Dubai, China, Australia and many European countries.

International quantitative research

It is now relatively easy to mobilise multi-country online surveys. We can help you build a quick understanding of the shape, size and needs of a target territory.

Research on social media also presents a powerful cross-border platform on which to conduct surveys. Facebook now has 700M users worldwide and allows for survey targeting by territory: quite a panel!

International qualitative research

To really understand how different countries will react to your digital proposition you’ll often need to go deeper by using qualitative user research. We have years of experience getting our people on the ground in target territories to supervise and conduct field studies.

We have developed and managed international research programmes to meet the needs of a wide range of clients including Hotels.com, HSBC, HTC, Samsung, Sony, Shell and Belron®.

Our network of partners and our experience allows us to gather local market insights giving our clients a truly global view.

If you would like to discuss an international research opportunity, contact us.
