As all UX consultants should be aware, the quality of insight from your research is partly reliant on recruiting the right people to do that research with.
But this can sometimes be difficult; we’ve certainly had our fair share of weird and wacky recruits and we’ve fulfilled them all.
One of the more difficult recruits we had to complete was for high net worth individuals, willing to spend in excess of £200k on a week away. Oh and they had to have an interest in space travel!
We filled it though and that’s because we have a talented and experienced team who are also well connected to other professional recruiters.
I asked them how they make sure we recruit the correct people for research.
