The research process explainedScope:We either receive a brief from you or we help you develop one. This helps us develop a clear understanding of your objectives and requirements. Once this is done we provide you with a detailed proposal giving a project timeline and costs plus specification of deliverables. This provides you with the information you need to approve the project. Initiation:An Account Director and Project Manager will be assigned to work with you on the project. An initiation meeting is held and the remaining details in the project plan are agreed including fieldwork dates and client viewing arrangements. We commence recruitment and preparation of the research materials Fieldwork:The fieldwork will be undertaken at the agreed locations for the project, usually in Foolproof’s own specialist research facilities in London and Norwich where client viewing is made available. Up to 6 one-on-one interviews or two focus groups are conducted on each day of fieldwork with each session lasting approximately 60 – 90 minutes. Once sessions have been completed all of the research data is collected for analysis by the researcher. Reporting:The research findings are documented and reviewed by a senior member of the consulting team. We make sure that our recommendations are practical and focused on improving the commercial performance of your business. Both consultants work together to develop actionable recommendations which are documented in the final report and debriefed to the client at a presentation. Download the Foolproof briefing guide:We have prepared a simple pdf guide to help you in the development of your research brief. The guide helps focus thinking in the early stages of project planning and it helps us to develop a research approach matched to your needs. (link to pdf where link is shown) |
