As an Account Executive at Foolproof, the primary purpose of my role is to build and develop relationships with our clients to create a strong working rapport.
In my role, I really enjoy learning more about the client and their business, every client we work with has unique needs and challenges they would like our help with. Understanding these and helping them create something which best overcomes their challenges is like finding the last piece of the puzzle. Personally, I find this aspect of my role incredibly rewarding.
After graduating with a degree in Consumer Behaviour & Marketing, I was drawn to the bright lights of the advertising industry. I worked in a client facing role on retail and automotive brands where I managed the creation of digital and print advertising campaigns and branding development projects.
This sparked my desire to continue in the agency world but through venturing into user experience design. By taking the plunge, I’ve deepened my knowledge of consumer behaviour gained during my degree and have now started creating something which is truly designed for the customer.
I have been fortunate enough to work on some great global retail brand. The competition between retail brands is fierce so it is a very interesting and fast-paced industry to be explored, with consumers’ needs and desires forever changing.
Outside of the Foolproof office, you will find me on the hunt for another fabulous London street market or speak-easy bar to whet the taste buds. To counteract the drinking and eating you will find me at Barry’s Bootcamp, no pain, no gain!
