Account Manager

As an Account Manager, my job is to fully understand our clients' businesses, and work with them to achieve outcomes which meet their objectives, and the objectives of their audiences.

I have a particular interest in physical & digital interactions, and the way new technology is changing where customers interact with brands, and the interfaces that make that possible. I’m all for promoting discussion that gets people exicted about these emerging technologies. 

Having worked in delivery I understand that projects need to be set up to succeed from the very earliest conversations, and have amassed years of experience in web and mobile design and build, as well as experiential and creative technology.

I joined Foolproof in 2015 as a project manager, and joined the client services team in 2017. Prior to that I worked as a Digital project manager in the public and third sectors, delivering web and mobile projects for academic research institutes and charities. 

Outside of work you will find me watching American football or baseball, playing video games, or reading comic books. Yes, I’m a walking, talking, stereotypical nerd.
