Senior Account Manager
On a day-to-day basis, it’s my job to work with my clients to understand their context and challenges to drive out and capture requirements, and work with our practice studio to ensure expectations and needs are met during the project lifecycle and at a relationship level.
I’ve been part of the Foolproof family for nearly five years, working within the Client Services team. As a Senior Account Manager, I am responsible for managing and developing our relationship with a number of key clients, which include Lloyds Banking Group, Atom Bank, Intercontinental Hotels Group and Unilever.
I came to Foolproof, from Webcredible where I’d developed a natural interest in User Experience and a passion for Client Servicing, combining my interest in consumer behaviour and the ability to talk the hind legs off a donkey.
I’m a problem solver at heart, working alongside my clients and the Foolproof team I am able to enjoy being part of creating measurable value for my clients business and seeing this come to life through delightful and relevant digital experiences for their customers.
I’ve been fortunate enough to have helped shape our clients end to end strategy and design for some amazing projects.
Our team talk about doing ‘better things’ not just ‘things better’ and that’s the work I find most interesting. Not just understanding what can be fixed in the short term (although that’s always a good starting point), but real transformative thinking when tackling a problem, whether that’s a new customer proposition, using new technology to reach customers or new ways of working to create better experiences.
When not thinking about experience design, I am being kept on my toes by a toddler who has more bounding energy than all the party-goers at Foolproof put together.
