As a designer at Foolproof, I put customer learnings into practice. Working closely with our insight team, my role allows me to gain a thorough understanding of the customer’s world to ensure their needs are translated and executed into the design space.
On a day-to day basis I create rapid and iterative prototypes by conceptualising ideas from low fidelity right through to pixel perfect deliveries. I also work closely with our development team to ensure our designs are built for responsive states and to work across all devices.
I come from a background of graphical and interaction design, having studied both fields over 5 years at the Duncan of Jordanstone College of Art & Design in Scotland. My time here allowed me to think creatively, understand the value of a design process and put ideas into real life practice as soon as possible. Before joining Foolproof, I spent my initial industry years helping customers find the right solutions through clients such as the BBC, Euronews and CNN.
When I’m not at work, you’ll find me making the most of my time in London through any form of sport or music related activity.
