Jamie Horne

Senior Account Manager

As a Senior Account Manager I work closely with our clients to help them identify opportunities, articulate ambitions and establish the strategy to deliver on these. Internally I focus on ensuring we have the optimal team and delivery process in place for any given piece of work and facilitate the creation and curation of a brief that balances experience ambition with business requirement. With experience in programme delivery I enjoy being able to span the breadth of a project or programme of work from conception to final delivery.

I have previously worked extensively in the financial services sector with clients ranging from multi-national banks and insurers to private investment funds however my role in agencies has allowed me the flexibility to work across multiple sectors such as Oil & Gas and FMCG taking learnings from each.

Having been in agencies for a number of years in the Account Management discipline I have also found the requirements of the role to vary between agencies and projects and have therefore crossed into the roles of UX consultancy, technical project management, web analytics and CMS management amongst others. I enjoy the challenge and variety this brings to the role and the opportunity it provides to maintain a varied skill set.

I started agency life in the world of brand strategy and my first steps in experience design came through activations of various brand campaigns via web and interactive installations and environments. Since then I have worked with global creative agencies and business consultancies to solve business challenges using a blend of technology and design.

From launching a digital challenger bank to preparing businesses for global mergers and acquisitions I have worked on web and native applications, intranets, transactional platforms and everything in-between. I enjoy the challenge of bridging the gap between best in class experience and technical implementation.

Outside of work you will find me trying to tick countries off my ‘to visit’ list, pretending to care enough about football to argue about it or exploring the various ends of London.
