Principal Designer

As a Principal Designer I am responsible for getting the best out of our design studio through leading the creative aspect of our projects.

My particular skills are in making sense of complex information and understanding how customer needs and insight translate to design solutions, through architecting information and developing designs that both support people and fulfil business requirements. I love solving problems. 

I’ve worked across a range of industries including retail and financial, but I have a particular passion for healthcare, both patient and practitioner facing. You might even find me at a conference talking on the subject! I’m fascinated by digital technology but also the services that the technology supports, considering the entire experience a user has across all touchpoints. 

Before Foolproof, I was at Apple for many years creating digital solutions for Apple retail stores globally. 

Out of work I can be found with my small dog, making contemporary quilts or growing my own vegetables.
