I help clients understand how to make it easy for their customers to do business with them. As a Principal Consultant, I’m responsible for understanding our clients’ needs, shaping project and programme briefs, ensuring quality execution, and encouraging the implementation and socialisation of research findings.
My education in psychology and social neuroscience - combined with my innate love of people watching - led me seamlessly to a career in UX Research. I’m passionate about weaving together quantitative and qualitative data to offer a complete picture of the user’s experience, identifying how and when business goals align, as well as generally being the user’s champion.
Over the years, I’ve worked on financial digital services, medical products, internal employee systems, video-games, etc. for non-profits, B2B and B2C e-commerce websites, large multi-national financial and investment institutions and auction houses. Not only do I focus on optimising current offerings, but I also look to develop innovative - and ultimately useful - products and services.
As a native of the San Francisco Bay Area, I do yoga (obviously) and love being outside – hiking, camping, scuba diving. While I love my job, really it funds my addiction to travel, (I’ve been to all seven continents including Antarctica) and power tools for DIY (my latest addition is a Mitre Saw).
