Speaking at Next Bank Asia, I explore the natural tension between a bank’s desire to standardise their global offering against the different localisation touches, empathy and understanding that the consumer expects from their financial provider. Will a general global approach disrupt the basic values of those ‘moments of truth’ every consumer has with their provider?
