User centred design explained

User centred design is a development approach that balances user needs and preferences alongside business requirements. It is recognised in International Standards as a best-practice approach that mitigates many of the common risks associated with large scale digital design projects. UCD includes the end-customer or user at every stage in development from requirements gathering and concept testing through to late-stage design validation.

Our approach to UCD is pragmatic and flexible allowing us to provide full programme management or ad hoc support for your agencies and internal stakeholders.
