How we work
We follow a user-centred approach to design. Each and every role here touches on that. You’ll often work in cross-disciplinary teams. We work on projects at our own offices, on-site with clients or in the field anywhere in the world that we need to be.
If you’re a good fit for us, you’ll have an initial meeting with our talent team, and then a follow up meeting with practitioners. You may then be asked to complete a task relevant to your role. This is usually followed by a third interview stage before making you an offer.
