As a UX Designer at Foolproof, spend my time trying to understand human behaviour and find solutions that best match these in a user context. In addition, I create working prototypes based on the most suitable for testing.
Before Foolproof, I was a customer-facing UX Designer and Researcher for Tata Consultancy Services (TCS). During my time there, I was able to work in products and services from several industries: banking & financial services, employee experiences, retail, and healthcare. As such, my experience is varied, covering qualitative research, workshop facilitation, service design, and communication.
My background also includes Industrial Design Engineering: which means I can 3D model products and assemble mechanisms in SolidWorks or Siemens NX. More importantly, this allows me to view and understand the bigger picture which is fundamental to the successful implementation of omnichannel experiences.
Outside of work, I like drawing, playing on my Nintendo Switch, or enjoy some good documentaries on foraging. Someday I would love to own a big garden and enough permaculture knowledge to source most of my own food.
