I offer a human-centric approach which is deeply rooted in psychology and human-computer interaction, a research-heavy background, where I have acquired a sharp critical mindset, to conduct appropriate research methods - to identify problems and solve them with accuracy.
I have previous experience in independently conducting large scale experimental quantitative research projects right through to explorative qualitative in-depth interviews.
I’ve also previously led an e-commerce team and truly understand the impact of listening to customers, to substantially improve usability and customer satisfaction, in turn generating greater revenue.
In my spare time, you can find me playing a set of table tennis or walking rescue racing greyhounds in South West London.
