As a Principal Consultant I help clients develop and deploy effective Experience Design strategies within their organisations in order to drive innovation, digital transformation or optimise an existing product or service. I’m passionate about solving tough customer problems by combining thoughtful research, smart technology, and clever design.
I offer a multidisciplinary approach, enriched by specialisms in experience design, product management and digital strategy. I have worked both client and agency side and have previously led an online IP licensing platform; setup and ran a digital experience design studio; led digital projects at an award-winning design company; headed up digital for two national arts organisations (both focused on experimental music and sound art) and been a research assistant at Goldsmiths College.
In my spare time I can be found hanging out with my family in South East London, making art, bingeing on podcasts and watching films.
