As an Account Manager at Foolproof, I work within the client services team, where I manage several clients who cover a wide range of industries.
I aim to establish strong and long-lasting relationships with my clients by ensuring they understand our service offerings and how they can, in turn, improve their customers’ experience.
My professional background is mostly within the Marketing and Digital spectrum, having worked in many different roles covering online and offline marketing activities as well as the sales pipeline.
In my latest roles, I’ve focused most of my attention - and developed specialist skills - in conversion optimisation and UX design. This combination enables me to quickly identify issues and help clients resolve these by assembling the right team of specialists.
In my role, I thrive on finding the best strategy for my clients and delivering a piece of work - whether it’s the development of a new mobile app, establishing all-new user journeys or a complete redesign based on our Consultants’ insight.
The digital world brings many challenges but this is what I love most about my job. No two days are ever the same and every problem requires a slightly different skillset and/or approach which is why I’m continually developing my own.
In my free time, I’m almost always planning my next trip abroad, reading up on anything digital and psychology based or watching a real crime documentary. I love to spend time with my friends too - often consuming a large amount of sushi and enjoying lots of cheese and wine at our local French restaurant.
