Louise Boothroyd

Over the last 16+ years, I've been lucky enough to help some of the world's biggest brands create digital experiences for their customers. My role as the Director of Growth and Client Engagement for Europe means I get to work across the Experience, Engineering and Engagement services that we offer, responsible for overseeing all of the relationships that we have.

I work with a very talented team who strongly believe in our mission to help clients create experiences that sit in the intersection between strategy, design and technology. My role is to guide and develop our team to ensure we are always proposing the best approach and delivering best-in class outputs for our clients.

I believe the strongest client partnerships come with delivering great outcomes, creating high performing teams and honest and open communication.

As well as my day job, I co-founded our Only on Wednesdays female leadership network. Creating relationships with our clients, partners and our internal teams in this space is something I find incredibly motivating and love being a part of.

Outside of work I am a mother and tv obsessed foodie.
