As a Senior Account Director, I work with a brilliant team, who are responsible for growing long-term relationships with clients that are committed to developing a customer-centric brand, allowing them to truly differentiate themselves from their competitors.
Acting as an advisor to our team and our clients, I not only help design bespoke customer-centric programmes, that meet complex briefs, but I also help ensure that the experience a client has with Foolproof meets expectations, if not exceeds them.
To do this, it is vital that I understand our client’s business - it is only once you have understood the challenges, opportunities and restraints that a client has, that you can help them find creative solutions to their strategic, design or service problems.
Applying design thinking to problems such as the development of a new service for wearable technologies, the globalisation vs. localisation of a product, and how you go about transforming culture, people and technology to meet increasingly high customer demands is what I love most about my role.
Outside of work, I love chasing around after my little daughter, and spending time with family and friends - especially if there is food involved.
