As Senior Client Engagement Manager, I maintain client relationships and manage new business opportunities. My role is to represent clients internally - ensuring their business needs and challenges are understood and carefully resolved by Foolproof’s expertise.
I also help my colleagues to identify prospective business opportunities. I firmly believe that this responsibility is the chili-padi in the CS dish! Adding extra spice to each day and a whole host of emotions.
Typically, following initial interactions, I look to grasp as much context as possible to ensure our proposed solution will resolve our clients’ challenges. As a result, I often have to wrap my head around new industries, positions, and audiences in a very short space of time. This can be challenging and requires impeccable guidance and time-management.
I gain immense satisfaction from project development and knowing that I have helped to create successful customer-centric products and experiences.
I started my working-life as an in-house marketer but quickly progressed to the dark-side (of agency life). As a result, I know the constraints and realities of my clients - in fact this has proven valuable on multiple occasions.
Although born and raised in France, I moved to South East Asia after obtaining a Master of Sciences in Management. I have also worked in Laos, Thailand, and now Singapore but always within emerging technologies and/or digital industry. I have experience in handling projects from my first agency experience where I specialised in helping to deliver mobile solutions within a competitive market.
In 2017, I was a Hall of Fame Awards finalist in the Young Account Talent category and went on to win the Gold Markies in Best Direct Marketing Awards.
Outside of work, to master the French cliché, you will probably find me cooking a Beef Bourguignon or a Ratatouille, sipping a glass of wine while talking about rousseauian ideology (one of them is a lie…).
